What you choose to share

The form asks for your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, area of interest, and a description of one workflow. Please do not include passwords, financial account information, or customer records.

What happens when you submit

When you select “Send my inquiry,” the form sends those details securely to Web3Forms for processing and delivery to our Gmail inbox at thatuscitizen@gmail.com. You do not need to open an email app. We do not keep a separate lead database on this website.

How we identify advertising inquiries

If you arrive through one of our labeled advertising links, we keep its source, campaign, and ad label in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes and include those labels with your inquiry. This uses session storage, not an advertising cookie, and helps us understand which ad brought an inquiry. We do not retain arbitrary URL parameters, click identifiers, or browsing history. Visits without a recognized label are recorded as unattributed.

How we use your inquiry

We use your message to respond, understand whether our services fit your needs, and discuss possible next steps. The form does not enroll you in a newsletter. Submitting an inquiry does not create a paid engagement.

Services that process the information

Web3Forms processes and stores submissions under its Privacy Policy. The form is currently configured to retain submissions with Web3Forms for up to three years. Our Gmail inbox also retains the delivered email. Contact us if you would like to request deletion from these records.

The form uses hCaptcha to help block spam. This check processes browser and device information under hCaptcha’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. This site uses ChatGPT Sites hosting and its platform access controls. Optional Meta advertising measurement is off until you choose “Allow ad measurement.” If enabled, the Meta Pixel receives page views and successful inquiry events, page URLs, and browser, device, network, and cookie information under Meta’s Privacy Policy. We do not send the contents of your inquiry fields to Meta, and automatic advanced matching is not enabled. Your choice is saved in this browser; use “Ad measurement · Change” on the home page to change it. Declining measurement does not prevent you from submitting an inquiry. Browser blockers or declining measurement can make platform counts lower than inbox totals.
